hi Collezione. i would like to rasie this concern. i will not complaint if i were treated right. i went to sm dep store megamall last 060810 to buy a dress for my bf who will be having a meeting the next day. it was laready late when i went there. i went to COllezionne to by one shirt. i confirmed to the slaes lady that i can return the item and i can have it wash. i washed it when i arrived home late and my bf supposed to come to our house at 11PM just to wear the shirt the next day. to my supprise it was not fitted for him. so i decided to go to sm yesterday 0611 to have the dress alter. i was informed that they dont do return if the dress were already washed. how come. he didnt wear the shirt for a long time. and the girl from collezione said that it will be charged to the her.. and the shirt had already lipstick mark from the cs who smell the dress. i didnt soak or put too much on the shirt. i just washed it so simple. how could you guys be so cruel. i wont take effort to go there just to make a fool out of myself. if i lied and told that the dress were not wash i maybe could have it return. but im saying is that you should be considerate. please reply. Was there any in the Return Policy not to wash the item. Its only a day after i have it return an i will buy at Collezione also for another size . i wanted to buy one for me also. Please reply to my email . i have been misinformed and i have the Consumer right to return the item. i know it was not on your store but i guess you need a SAY here because it was your item. tnx

I would like to suggest that you also come up with a flagshirt for kids. I already got my flagshirt from one of your boutiques which I asked to be reserved during the time that it is not out in the market yet. I also did reserved a flagshirt for my kid then hoping that one of these days it will come out na since every now and then, she’s asking me if it’s already available (she’s expecting that we will have the same shirt). But when I called this morning, there was a memo daw that came out that you will not produce a flagshirt for kids anymore. I was so dissappointed since I’ve waited for more than a month, calling every chance I get, only knowing that there will be no more flagshirt for kids na! I also learned that there are also other inquiries re: that flagshirt for kids…you might still wanna change your mind! Tnx!
